Treadmill Programs

The perfect solution for athletes looking to work on skating form; shooting skills; and reaction time.  Our new location in the Pettit center is downstairs on the main floor towards the west side of the building.  Training will be conducted in a circuit format with a minimum of 20 minutes on the Skating Treadmill.
